In 2016, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that over 50% of people living with HIV were 50 or older. Swinging seniors are less likely than their younger peers to use condoms or to get tested for HIV. They’re no longer concerned about preventing pregnancy.
They noted a difference between the amount of sexual activity in adults in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. As swinging seniors grow older, physical limitations occur and the number of potential partners diminishes, but romance continues.
